Abadan Pars Karvansara Hotel has been in operation since 1350 and the start of the imposed war the hotel was stopped. During the imposed war and sacred defense, the hotel was at the disposal of the warriors of Islam, with the remaining remnants of war being replicated in the hotel. After the imposed war, its reconstruction was started by the Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office and was restored during the years 1370-74.

Pars Hotel (Caravanserai) started its activities under the supervision and management of the Executive Committee of Imam Khomeini's command since the beginning of 1374 and was assigned to the Pars Hotel Group in 2008.
